Please remind all coaches/guests to carefully review parking signage around the school and community. Parents/families are welcome to attend and support each school. They should also enter through the Glenwood entrance and are required to sign in and wear a visitor lanyard (1 per family). Security or a member of the Ashbury coaching staff will then escort teams to the main Gym to drop off your clothing and bags. Outdoor running shoes / Outdoor Boots should be removed prior to entering both gyms and left on the mats outside the gym. If students are worried about leaving their boots/outdoor shoes unattended, they should bring a plastic bag to keep them in. Emergency Evacuation & Safe Shelter (Matthews House) - In the event of a fire alarm or other need for evacuation, we will exit from the gymnasiums to the practice field and then make our way to the Matthews House Residence.
